Concord 250th Block Party FAQ

 

Date & Time: April 19, 2025, after the Patriots’ Day Parade (1-2 PM) until the Drone Show at 7:45 PM. Block Party time frame: 2-7 PM

Location: The Block Party spans from Concord Free Public Library lawn down Main Street around Monument Square and Lexington Road, up to Concord Museum. Side streets, including Walden Street to the Scout House and down Everett St to the Armory. Boundaries are tentative as of January 20, 2025.

Purpose: This event keeps visitors engaged and dispersed in downtown Concord and encourages movement between venues.

Participation & Promotion:

  • Only events within the official Block Party zone will be included on the Block Party map and promotional materials.
  • Events outside this area are welcome but cannot guarantee placement on the map.
  • Events with no venue, such as street performances, are welcome and encouraged to submit their event. We will follow up.

Important Deadline: February 12, 2025 – Submit an event for inclusion in the printed Block Party map.

Register Your Event: Fill out the form here: Google Form, or copy and paste the link into your browser. Descriptions should be publication-ready. A confirmation email will be sent upon submission, followed by a final confirmation.
