world premiere of the film Ralph Waldo Emerson: Give All to Love.

The Library Corporation will host the world premiere of the film Ralph Waldo Emerson: Give All to Love, Saturday, Sept. 30 2-4:30 PM in the Goodwin Forum at the Main Library. This film features an “essay on film” by Michael Maglaras and will provide a new and deeply personal perspective on Emerson, his writing, his life, and his importance to contemporary life. The film also features author and editor James Marcus, whose new and probing book on Emerson, Glad to the Brink of Fear: A Portrait of Ralph Waldo Emerson, will be released in 2024.
