Built in 1747, the Wright Tavern is a very iconic and historic building in the founding of the United States. This is the site where leaders of the Massachusetts Provincial Congress met and developed the course for freeing the Colony from British tyranny. Early in the morning of April 19, 1775, this is where the Minutemen met and planned their response to the impending danger. This is where the British Redcoats established their headquarters soon after they entered Concord. And there is much more. Come in and hear the unique stories and stand where historical figures stood. Welcome to the newly restored Wright Tavern.
