Following the tour, the program continues with a panel discussion and light refreshments. The conversation will feature McLeod in dialogue with historian Elise Lemire, author of Black Walden: Slavery and Its Aftermath in Concord, Massachusetts. Together, they will illuminate the rarely seen collaborative process between scholar and artist—tracing how archival research, historical interpretation, and creative vision came together to shape Weaving An Address.
