Willard Family Association Reunion

April 14 @ 8:00 AM

The Willard family has close ties to Concord and that historical day. Simon Willard was one of the founders of Concord in 1635. Isaac Davis, the first officer killed in the American Revolution on that day and the person the Minuteman Statue was designed after, was a descendant of Margery Willard and Dolar Davis, who settled in Cambridge, with Simon, in 1634. A full week of events in Cambridge, Harvard, Boston, Acton, Lexington and Concord will celebrate our family’s connection to this pivotal time in our country’s history and the “shot heard ‘round the world”! Visit our website to see the complete itinerary as it becomes available.
