We love food and we love what we do. There’s an intimacy in the exchange of food. The connection made between us and you is our highest priority.

New employees are asked “what is sold here?” Some say “fine food” or “gourmet goods” but that’s not it. We offer a customer experience. Here at CCS, you are served. Naturally, there’s the essential exchange of money for goods, but we offer a considered yet playful experience.

One must eat to live, but why stop there? We advocate on behalf of our food, its makers, and its origins. And, we want to advocate on behalf of you. Relish what you eat and be nourished in body and mind.
