DESCRIPTION:Patriot’s Day is Monday\, April 15\, 2024 \n \nStill heard around the world: Patriots’ Day is not just the remembrance of a historical event; it’s an embodiment of the ideals of liberty and pursuit of justice that form the bedrock of our country. Patriot’s Day commemorates the first battle of the American Revolution on April 19\, 1775\, and although Patriot’s Day is observed on the third Monday of April\, ceremonies and reenactments take place throughout the month. Join us this Patriot’s Day! \n \nPatriot’s Day 2024 is especially significant as Concord prepares for Concord250 next year\, the 250th anniversary of the historic battles of Concord and Lexington. The following year\, 2026\, marks the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. \nPatriot’s Day observances take place in towns and cities around Concord\, including Boston\, Cambridge\, Arlington\, Medford\, Lexington\, Concord\, and Lincoln. \nMinuteman National Historic Park \nPatriot’s Day in Lexington \nBattleroad.org \n
