We will meander through wetlands and woodlands looking for spring favorites in Thoreau’s backyard. We will be meeting at the parking lot behind the Thoreau Farmhouse. \nThis program is especially geared towards families and kids ages 12-18. All kids must be accompanied by an adult. \nWHAT TO BRING: \n\nWater\nComfortable Walking Shoes\nBinoculars (we have loaner binoculars for participants to use during the program)\n\nACCESSIBILITY: This event is free. There are fields adjacent to the farmhouse where a portion of the walk will be. There are bathrooms in the farmhouse. \nRegistration is required for this free event.
