Winter Seed Sow Workshop at Verrill Farm
Sunday, January 22 at 1 PM at Verrill Farm
Led by Isabel Bailey of the Concord Pollinator Health Advisory Committee, participants will learn how to sow seeds into milk jugs for easy, outdoor, over-wintering germination of native pollinator-supporting plants. After a brief demonstration, participants will prepare the growing containers and plant seeds. This workshop is hosted by Verrill Farm, and it is a collaboration between the Concord Pollinator Health Advisory Committee, the West Concord Green Thumbs, the CCHS Green Team, the Concord Land Conservation Trust, the Natural Resources Division, and the Concord Free Public Library.
